RESERVATION:
A deposit of $300 is required to reserve a wedding date. The deposit is non-refundable. The Client may book online through our booking page, or the client may send a check to Fife Fhotography, 273 North 300 West, Norman, UT 84601. In the event that the clients check bounces, there will be a $25 fee and the payment will still be due. The remainder of the deposit is due one month before the wedding date.
DIGITAL IMAGES and COPYRIGHTS:
The digital negatives included with the client’s wedding package give access to print unlimited amounts of pictures. However, this does not entitle the client to sell Fife Photography’s images for profit. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract the client agrees to not sell wedding photos for profit.
EXHIBITION and MODEL RELEASE:
The client grants Fife Photography permission to display images, including images where the client is included for advertising purposes, as an example of Fife Photography’s work . The client releases all claims to profits and liabilities that may arise from use of these images.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
In the unlikely event that Fife Photography is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, Fife Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If this situation should occur and a suitable replacement cannot be found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. Also, in the unlikely event that some or all digital photograph files from the event are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond Fife Photography's control, Fife Photography's liability is limited to a refund and/or a reshoot. Finally, Fife Photography agrees to do everything within their power to take quality photographs. However, in the event that the client is unsatisfied with the photographs, Fife Photography is not liable. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback during the photo shoot to avoid dissatisfaction.
